I will go to great lengths to ensure that I understand what you envision for custom work and create a demonstration of what the work will look like, so you will be happy with the finished product.  All work is labor and time intensive, so depending on the request finished products can take a while to create.
Pricing;        
Pricing varies depending on the complexity of the work, so its hard to come up with a price before knowing what is requested.  Typically the rule of thumb for etched glass is $30 a square foot for a simple design, the price goes up with complexity and shading and color techniques.  Stained glass creation and repair is charged on a hourly basis and starts at $40 per hour and can increase with complexity of work.

After a price and delivery date has been negotiated, a 30% down payment is required, if for some reason you are not happy with the work, all but the cost of materials will be refunded.
